Shrimps on the Border




Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl, making sure shrimp is fully coated. Coat a nonstick pan with 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil on medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes. Top over yellow rice and garnish with scallions.
